Pull the bar ca. 70mm
off the clamp
Gripper jaws release
Manual approach to ca. diameter
Adjustment of the bar puller = diameter of the bar - max. 3mm
Tighten the gripper jaws

B. One set of gripper jaws for all diameters

C. Steplessly adjustable

D. Sample program:

Workpiece length = 17 mm

to pull out = workpiece length + parting steel = 20 mm

the diameter of the bar = 50 mm

2. G0 x 0		Position in X (diameter)

3. M6		Release clamp

4. G0	Z - 5	Pull bar

5. M7		Close clamp

6. G0 x 80		Take away the tool turret
